The November 2006 Pub Of The Month was The Swan & Rushes, Infirmary Square, Leicester. Grant Cook has been Licensee of The Swan & Rushes for 6 years now, having been awarded our 2001 Pub Of The Year award. Having returned a few months ago from a tour around the world, he has now got The Swan back to it’s former glory and was presented with the Pub Of The Month award for November 2006 in recognition of the quality of the beers.

Grant thanked his regular customers and Leicester CAMRA for their continued support and was pleased to be honoured with the award. Sandwiches were then served along with a complimentary pint of Oakham Ales.
